Velmora ilovasidan foydalanish — quyidagi shartlarni qabul qilganingizni anglatadi. Iltimos, ulardan foydalanishdan oldin diqqat bilan o‘qing.
1. Xizmatning mohiyati
Velmora — telefon va aksessuar do‘konlari uchun mo‘ljallangan boshqaruv (CRM) xizmati. Ilova orqali siz savdo, ombor, qarz, xarajat va xodimlar harakatini bitta tizimda yuritishingiz mumkin.
2. Akkaunt va kirish
- Akkauntni faqat haqiqiy ma’lumotlar bilan yarating.
- Login va parolingizni boshqalarga bermang. Akkaunt orqali sodir etilgan har bir amal sizga tegishli deb hisoblanadi.
3. Foydalanuvchining mas’uliyati
- Ilovaga kiritilgan ma’lumotlarning to‘g‘riligi uchun foydalanuvchi javobgar.
- Ilovadan firibgarlik, qonunbuzarlik yoki uchinchi tomonga zarar yetkazish maqsadida foydalanish taqiqlanadi.
- Tizimni buzish, qayta dasturlash yoki ruxsatsiz kirishga urinish taqiqlanadi.
4. Xizmat ko‘rsatuvchi mas’uliyati
Velmora xizmatni iloji boricha barqaror va xavfsiz tarzda taqdim etadi. Biroq, biz quyidagilar uchun mas’uliyat olmaymiz:
- Foydalanuvchi tomonidan kiritilgan noto‘g‘ri ma’lumotlar tufayli kelib chiqqan zararlar;
- Internet aloqasining uzilishi, qurilma nosozligi yoki uchinchi tomon xizmatlari sabab kelib chiqqan vaqtinchalik to‘xtashlar;
- Forc-major holatlar.
5. Intellektual mulk
Velmora ilovasi, brendi, dizayni va kodlari Velmora kompaniyasiga tegishli. Ruxsatsiz nusxa ko‘chirish yoki tarqatish taqiqlanadi.
6. Xizmatni o‘zgartirish va to‘xtatish
Velmora vaqti-vaqti bilan yangi imkoniyatlarni qo‘shadi yoki mavjudlarini o‘zgartiradi. Foydalanuvchining shartlarni buzganligi aniqlansa, akkaunt cheklab qo‘yilishi yoki o‘chirilishi mumkin.
7. Shartlarga o‘zgartirishlar
Ushbu shartlar yangilanishi mumkin. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida sizga avvaldan xabar beramiz. Yangilanishdan keyin ilovadan foydalanish — yangilangan shartlarni qabul qilganingizni anglatadi.

By using Velmora you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Nature of the service
Velmora is a CRM service for phone and accessory shops. The app lets you run sales, inventory, debts, expenses and staff workflows in a single platform.
2. Account & access
- Create your account with real information only.
- Do not share your login or password. Every action taken via your account is considered yours.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app.
- Using the app for fraud, illegal activity, or harming third parties is prohibited.
- Tampering with the system, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
4. Service provider responsibilities
Velmora delivers the service as reliably and securely as practical. However, we are not liable for:
- Damages caused by inaccurate data entered by the user;
- Temporary outages caused by internet failures, device issues, or third-party services;
- Force-majeure events.
5. Intellectual property
The Velmora app, brand, design and code belong to Velmora. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
6. Service changes & termination
Velmora may add or change features over time. Accounts found in violation of these terms may be restricted or terminated.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. We will notify you of material changes ahead of time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Velmora — это CRM-сервис для магазинов телефонов и аксессуаров. Сервис помогает вести продажи, склад, долги, расходы и работу сотрудников в одной системе.
2. Аккаунт и доступ
- Создавайте аккаунт только с достоверными данными.
- Не передавайте логин и пароль другим людям. Все действия через аккаунт считаются действиями владельца аккаунта.
3. Ответственность пользователя
- Пользователь отвечает за правильность данных, введённых в систему.
- Запрещено использовать сервис для мошенничества, незаконных действий или причинения вреда третьим лицам.
- Запрещены попытки взлома, обратной разработки или несанкционированного доступа.
4. Ответственность сервиса
Velmora стремится предоставлять стабильный и безопасный сервис, но не несёт ответственность за:
- Ущерб из-за неверных данных, введённых пользователем;
- Временные сбои из-за интернета, устройства или сторонних сервисов;
- Форс-мажорные обстоятельства.
5. Интеллектуальная собственность
Приложение, бренд, дизайн и код Velmora принадлежат Velmora. Копирование и распространение без разрешения запрещены.
6. Изменение и прекращение сервиса
Velmora может добавлять новые функции или изменять существующие. При нарушении условий аккаунт может быть ограничен или удалён.
7. Изменения условий
Условия могут обновляться. О важных изменениях мы сообщим заранее. Продолжение использования сервиса означает согласие с обновлёнными условиями.
